Dear Family: I am so sorry to hear about Elaine's passing. I know she had been ill for some time. I guess we have to believe in an afterlife to try to cope with all the life experiences we must endure. I didn't see Elaine very much, but I do remember Nonna being so happy when she came to Commercial Avenue to do her hair. I also recall that Aunt Vera thought so much of her and that she visited my mother especially in the nursing home. That meant a lot to her and to us, her adult children.. Our thoughts and prayers are with her and with you.
