Domenico Tarabocchia, age 87, of Guttenberg, NJ, passed away on January 10, 2017. Beloved husband of Giuliana (nee Picinich). Devoted Father of Rosario (Anna) and Annamaria Skrivanic (Nick). Dear Brother of John and the late Martino and Deacon Anton Tarabokija. Loving Grandfather of Rosario Tarabocchia Jr. (Lindsay), Nicholas Skrivanic, Cheri Tarabocchia (Austin), Andrea Quintero (Andres), Julie Skrivanic (Peter) and Dawn Tarabocchia and Great Grandfather of 4 Great grandchildren.
Domenico was born in Susak, Croatia and came to the US in 1963 settling in Hoboken before moving to Guttenberg 44 years ago. He retired from the Garment Industry where he worked as a Foreman. He was a member of the St. Nicholas Society and Susak Klapa of Fairview.
Visiting Hours on Friday, January 13, 2017 at Barquin Funeral Home, 7101 Broadway, Guttenberg, NJ 07093 from 5 to 9 PM. Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday at 10 AM at Sacred Heart Church, North Bergen. Emtombment will follow at Fairview Mausoleum, Fairview, NJ. Arrangements made by Konopka Funeral Home, North Bergen.
