George Gregorek, age 65, of Palisade Park, NJ, passed away on December 30, 2016. Beloved husband of Janina (nee Rys). Devoted Father of Lester (Barbara), Yvonne Sawicki (Piotr) and Irene Gregorek. Dear Sister of Krystyna Fabijanczuk (Christopher). Loving Grandfather of Thomas and Nicole Sawicki.
George was born in Rzasnik, Poland and came to the US 51 years ago and settled in Cliffside Park before moving to Palisades Park 36 years ago. He retired from Hoke Inc in Cresskill where he was a Machinist.
Visiting Hours on Monday, January 2, 2017 at Konopka Funeral Home, 9046 Palisade Avenue, North Bergen from 3 to 8 PM. Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday at 10 AM at St. Michael’s Church, 19 East Central Blvd, Palisades Park, NJ. Interment will follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Saddle Brook, NJ.
