To Coreen, Dawn, Min and others who loved her, I"m thinking about you, and also about Gram. Mother. Terry. We lost a great lady who made the most of her time on earth. I think about that enormous house, with so many doors and rooms, remodeled in some parts over the years with styles of that time, memories and valuables stashed away behind some of those doors, whole rooms full. And I remember so many times, most of the times, driving around with Gram in her brown cadillac with the tan back roof, the back seat full of stuff, going from one place to another, maybe to one of her houses to deal with tenants, or to her girlfriends' places, or of course the famous garage sales. Always busy. And of course so many times we'd go to the 4 Star Diner on 32nd street, where she knew them and they knew her. "I'll have more coffee. And wrap this, I'll take this here to go." You don't realize at the time that these are the moments you should cherish. But then again, maybe later at a time like this, you realize you do. Goodbye, Grams. Thank you.

Dear Grams, I'm sad that you've left us, but so thankful that you're at peace now. Growing up I always thought you were the richest lady in the world! Yoy arrIved in a Cadillac in furs and a wig and always had something special in your bag for me! I remember being dragged through garage sales to find a buried treasure, coming home from NYC as a teen and visiting you at TraMar in the middle of the night where I could cuddle up to you. You cared for me and you loved me when I was the most prickly. I thank you for accepting me and I now carry you with me and will continue to until we meet again and find true rest in each others arms. My life was made better by knowing you Grams. I love you. Min xo
