John Bussanich, Aga 69 of North Bergen, NJ passed away on June 9, 2023. Devoted Son of the late Nicolo and Antonia (nee Morin) Bussanich. Beloved Brother of Nick (Linda) Bussanich and the late Maria Tarabocchia (the late Tony), Guiditta Bussanich and Matteo Bussanich (Celestina Bussanich). Dear Uncle of Mary (Dino), Marty, Nicky, Anthony (MaryJane), Shawn (Joanne), Mark, Tina(Steve), Dennis, Nicholas and the late Florence Bussanich. Loving great uncle of many nieces and nephews and great-great uncle of 3 nephews.
John was born on November 17, 1953 in Chivari, Italy and came to the US in 1956 and lived in Hoboken & Fairview before moving to North Bergen 29 years ago. He was a retired Vice Principal for the Hoboken Board of Education, Hoboken, NJ retiring July 1 2012.
Visiting Hours Tuesday, June 13, 2023 from 3 to 8 pm at Konopka Funeral Home, 9046 Palisade Ave, North Bergen, NJ. Funeral Mass on Wednesday, June 14,2023 at 10AM at Our Lady of Grace Church, 395 Delano Place, Fairview, NJ. Entombment to follow at Fairview Mausoleum, Fairview, NJ.
