Vincenzo Taormina, Age 77 of Cedar Grove, NJ passed away on November 10, 2022. Beloved Husband of Mabel (nee Aliaga). Devoted Father of Pilar Montero, Alejandro Montero, Mabel Rodriguez, Anthony Taormina, Lisa Taormina and the late Lory Taormina (2015). Dear Brother of Antonio and Filipo Taormina. Loving grandfather of Paula, Terry, Manuel, Alex Jr., Nicole, Andrew, Natalia, Sebastian, Julyard, Jonathan, Mia and Olivia. Cherished great-grandfather to Rafaella and Maxim.
Vincenzo was born on February 24, 1945 in Sicily, Palermo, Italy, and came to the US in 1971 and lived in Brooklyn, NY and Union City before moving to Cedar Grove 5 years ago. He was a pizza maker for Luigi's Pizzeria, Union City, NJ.
Visiting Hours on Monday, November 14, 2022 from 3 to 7 pm at Konopka Funeral Home, 9046 Palisade Ave, North Bergen, NJ 07047. A catholic prayer service will be held during the visiting hours. Private cremation.
