Yvonne Pernice, (nee Slomback), Age 82 of Greenwood Lake, NY passed away on September 17, 2022. Devoted Wife of the late Frank M Pernice (9/11/2021). Beloved Mother of Laurie Pernice, Susan Dominguez and Kim Visser (Billy). Dear Sister of Charles Slomback, Ronald Slomback, Steven Slomback , RoseAnne O'Neill, Carol LaVigna and the late Cathy Cordasco. Loving grandmother of Brandon Dominguez.
Yvonne was born on May 28, 1940 in Bronx, New York to the late Charles Slomback and Theresa(nee DeFelice) and lived in Cliffside Park for 52 years before moving to Greenwood Lake, NY 2 months ago. She was a retired bank teller for TD Bank, in Cliffside Park, NJ .
Private cremation and funeral services were held for the family, Arrangements by Konopka Funeral Home, 9046 Palisade Ave, North Bergen, NJ.
A Memorial Tree was planted for Yvonne
