Obituary of Rosalie Marie Connors

Rosalie Marie Connors passed away peacefully at her home in Cliffside Park, NJ, on January 13, 2022, with her loving family by her side. She was born in New York City on February 1, 1931, and was by all accounts a force of nature. She grew up in Chelsea where she met and married the love of her life, Raymond Connors. She embodied old world glamour and New York street smarts--an irresistible combination that made her a hit at every gathering she attended. Her tenacity saw her through multiple losses and her determination to stay in the game of life was an inspiration to all who knew her. Warm, hilarious, generous and loyal she will be greatly missed. She is survived by her three daughters, Celine Bonnetain, Cynthia Gaus and Celeste Connors, her son-in-law, Glenn Gaus, as well as her four grandsons Nicholas, Connor, Ethan and Eric. She was predeceased by her husband, her beloved sister, Camille, and her beautiful granddaughter Natalie Lopac. Funeral Mass on Saturday, January 15, 2022 at 12 Noon at the Church of the Epiphany, 247 Knox Avenue, Cliffside Park, NJ 07010. Interment to follow at George Washington Memorial Park, Paramus, NJ. Everyone is asked to meet at the Church . There is no visiting at the Funeral Home. Please wear masks at Church for the Funeral Mass.
