Obituary of Ivan Skrivanic

Ivan Skrivanic, Age 86 of Fairview, NJ passed away on December 27, 2021. Devoted Husband of the late Palmira (nee Morin), 2018. Beloved Father of Maria Wellins (Keven) and John Anthony Skrivanic (Mickie). Dear Brother of Dina Morin (late John), Frances Jurcevic (late Tony), Maria Donadic (Ivan) and Antoinette Magas. Loving grandfather of Kristine Wellins, Michael (Lucy) Wellins, Zachary and Isaac Skrivanic.
Ivan was born in Susak, Croatia on November 9, 1935 to the late Frank Skrivanic and Mary (nee Bussanich) and came to the US in 1963. He lived in Hoboken and Weehawken before moving to Fairview 7 years ago. He was a retired Longshoremen for the ILA, New York and was also a member of St. Nicholas Society of Sansego, Fairview, NJ.
Visiting Hours will be private for the family on Monday, January 3, 2022 at the Konopka Funeral Home, 9046 Palisade Ave, North Bergen, NJ. Masks are required for the funeral home and the church. Funeral Mass on Monday, January 3, 2022 at 11:30 AM at Our Lady of Grace Church, 395 Delano Place, Fairview, NJ. Entombment to follow at Fairview Mausoleum, 501 Bergenwood Avenue, Fairview, NJ.
