Lodovico Mattessich, Age 74 of Fairview, NJ passed away on June 29, 2021. Devoted Son of the late Nicola and Maria (nee Picinich) Mattessich. Beloved Brother of Anthony Mattessich (Maria), Irma Picinich (late Anthony ) and Frances Picinic (late Vito). Dear Uncle of Robert Mattessich (Carey O'Neill), Sandra Mattessich (Vlado), Monica Scrivanich (Nick), Anthony Picinich, Joann Scrivanich (Anthony) and Victoria Mattessich (Brian). Also surviving are great -nieces and great - nephews.
Lodovico was born in Susak, Croatia on Sept 21,1946 and came to the US in 1967 and lived in Freeport L.I. before moving to Fairivew,NJ 20 yrs ago .He retired as a carpenter and belonged to the United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners of America Union, New York.
Visiting hours on Friday, July 2, 2021 from 4 to 8 pm at Konopka Funeral Home, 9046 Palisade Avenue, North Bergen, NJ . Masks are required . Funeral Mass on Saturday at 10:30 AM at Our Lady of Grace Church, 395 Delano Place,Fairview, NJ. Entombment to
follow at Fairview Mausoleum, Fairview, NJ. Arrangements by Konopka Funeral Home 9046 Palisade Ave. North Bergen , NJ.
