Teresa S Escalante, Age 64 of Ridgefield Park, NJ passed away on April 15, 2021. Devoted Wife of Mario Caballero. Beloved Mother of Marco Caballero and Carolina Vilchez (Robert). Dear Sister of Jose Escalante, Patricia Escalante and Ana Escalante. Cherished grandmother of Valentina and Enzo Vilchez. Teresa was born on March 10,1957 in Lima, Peru to Jose Escalante and the late Rosario Garcia and came to the US in 1993. She lived in West New York before moving to Ridgefield Park 2 years. She was a business owner of Chaski Trucking Company in Paterson, NJ. Visiting on Monday April 19, 2021 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm at Konopka Funeral Home, 9046 Palisade Ave, North Bergen, NJ with no more than 50 people at one time, masks and social distancing required. Funeral Mass on Tuesday, April 20, 2021 at 9:30AM at St. Francis Church, 114 Mt Vernon Street, Ridgefield Park, NJ. Everyone is asked to meet at the church on Tuesday Morning. Private Cremation to follow.
