Makrouhi Kouyoumdjian (nee Basmadjian), Age 91 of Douglasville, Georgia formely of Fairview, NJ passed away on July 3, 2020. Beloved Wife of the late Stepan. Devoted Mother of Magharios Kouyoumdjian (Silva), Hermin Khatchadourian, Hasmig Kasbarian(Vatche), Hourig Kasbarian(Raffi) and Haroutioun Kouyoumdjian (Siroun). Loving Grandmother of 7 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
Makrouhi was born in Beirut, Lebanon on April 17,1929 to the late Onnig Basmadjian and Felor (nee Kuledjian) and came to the US in 1989 and lived in Fairview, NJ before moving to Douglasville, Georgia 4 years ago. She was a homemaker.
Public Funeral Services with limitations on Saturday, July 11, 2020 at 10:30 AM at St. Vartanantz Armenian Apostolic Church, Bergen Blvd, Fairview, NJ 07022. Interment, Fairview Cemetery, Fairview, NJ 07022. Arrangements by Konopka Funeral Home,9046 Palisade Ave, North Bergen, NJ 07047.
