Manni (as I knew him) was one of my greatest influencers in my life. I was a kid and he gave me a job at Rallye Motors. I sold my first Jaguar to the guy who created filters for Mr. Coffee. The buyer walked into the showroom and he spent hours inspecting a dark brown 4 door sedan. I would run in and ask Manni questions that the buyer would ask and It turned into a marathon getting the sale done. Buyer paid full price for the car and Manni handed me a check for $2400.00 that Friday for my commission and a set of keys to a brand new white/black convertible MG. In his younger days he reminded of Dr. Bombay on Bewitched the way he would just pop up and could always make you laugh. I'm 65 now and was 19 when I worked for Manni. It all goes by in a flash (as Manny would tell me) and he was always right on the money. Glad he was part of my life at such such a young age.

I guess you're never prepared for something like this. I knew Manni ever since I was a little boy he was a kind sweet Uncle to me and my brother. I always remember him smiling. The last we spoke was about 6 years ago. I will never forget him and his kindness and warmth. I have very fond memories of Rallye motors when I was a kid , it was an icon in the area. He was a true gentleman in every sense of the word, loving, kind, I will truly miss you. All my love Sandy.

I was hired by Manny in 1969. He mentored me and extracted the skills I possess and have helped me through the last fifty years. Manny, Russ Stone and I were together and inseparable when Manny converted Ken Rambler to Rallye Motors. Lots of fond memories for a man who helped me many times. I WAS SADDENED TO HEAR OF THE PASSING OF MANNY. MY MEMORIES ARE FILLED WITH WONDERFUL TIMES THAT WERE SHARED WITH HIS BEAUTIFUL KATHY, AS WE SHARED BEAUTIFUL DINNERS AT "INTIMA" RESTAURANT WHICH OUR FRIEND RAY OWNED. WE HAD YEARS OF WONDERFUL CONVERSATION, LAUGHTER THAT MADE OUR STOMACHS HURT, AND MANY WONDERFUL ADVENTURES. HE WAS A ONE-IN-A-MILLION GENTLEMAN, WHO RESPECTED WOMAN, AND IF YOU WERE HIS FRIEND, YOU WERE BLESSED. HE WAS KIND, HE WAS SWEET AND WHEN HE LAUGHED IT ECHOED THROUGHOUT THE ROOM. I SHARE THE BEST MOMENTS WITH MANNY AND KATHY AS WE SHARED MANY LOVELY EVENINGS, MANY BEAUTIFUL DAYS AND ADVENTURES.
