Tony was a great friend, especially the first 20 years of my life. It was only a short 5 min. bicycle ride to his house, and we would listen to Led Zeppelin and The Beetles Lp’s for hours. He wasn’t only my friend, he was a friend of the family. My wife Patti and me were honored that he was part of our wedding party!
About a year later we moved to Florida and unfortunately, we lost contact with each other. A few years ago, he sent me an email whereby, I immediately called him. We spent well over an hour reminiscing about the good Ol’ times, and much much more! I am so grateful that he that he made that effort to tract me down. And I know, that outreach, was ultimately motivated from his big heart❤️

Tony was a close childhood friend of mine, we were brother volunteer firefighters in East Farmingdale, NY and he was a groomsman in my wedding. Tony and I had the chance to chat on the phone recently. I’m so glad we were able to catch up and have many laughs while reminiscing. Joanne and I are devastated to hear the news of Tony’s passing. He was a great friend. He will always be in our thoughts.
