Obituary of Louis James Cereghini

Louis James Cereghini, Age 87 of Cliffside Park, NJ, passed away on Sunday, February 3, 2019. Beloved Son of the late Giacomo and Julia (née Vidi).  Devoted Brother of the late Alfred Cereghini and Margaret Cappadoro. Dear Brother-in-law of Lorraine Cereghini.  Loving Uncle of George and Linda Cereghini and Peter Cappadoro and Giacomo (Jay) Cappadoro.  Also survived are great nephews.

Louis was born on July 30, 1931 in Jersey City, NJ and lived in Union City before moving to Cliffside Park 58 years ago. He was a graduate of Edison Grammer School and Emerson High School, Union City and Newark College of Engineering, Newark.  Louis was a retired Electrical Engineer for AT&T, Newark, NJ where he worked for over 30 years.  He was a veteran of the Air Force.

Visiting Hours on Saturday, February 9, 2019 from 4 to 8 pm at the Konopka Funeral Home, 9046 Palisade Avenue, North Bergen, NJ. During the wake a Catholic Prayer Service and Military Honors will take place.  Private Cremation and his cremations will be buried with his parents  in Fairview Cemetery, Fairview,NJ at a later date.
