Margaret Mary “Peggy” Mc Carthy (nee Mc Guirk) Age 87 of North Bergen, NJ on September 6, 2018. Beloved Wife of the late Thomas J Mc Carthy Sr. (2010). Devoted Mother of Thomas J Mc Carthy, Jr. (Susan), Kevin B., Dan (Ann), Matthew Paul (Kendra). Dear Sister of Eleanor Hynes. Loving Grand Mother of Emily Rose, Sean, James and Lucie McCarthy.

Peggy was born in Jersey City, NJ to the late Bernard and Katie (nee Costello) McGuirk. She retired from Avon  Cosmetics where she was an In-home Representative.  Peggy was also a member of the Ancient Order of Hibernians.

Visiting Hours on Thursday, September 13, 2018 at Konopka Funeral Home, 9046 Palisade Avenue, North Bergen, NJ from 2 to 4 PM and 7 to 9 PM. Funeral Mass on Friday at 10:15 AM at St Joseph’s Church, 6401 Palisade Avenue, West New York, NJ. Interment to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, 340 Ridge Road, North Arlington, NJ
