Obituary of Caterina Tarabocchia

Caterina Tarabocchia, (nee Mattessich)  Age 95, of North Bergen, NJ passed away on November 23, 2017.Devoted wife of the late Antonio (2005). Beloved Mother of John (Maria) and Tony (Michele) and the late Marco.  Dear Sister of the late Giovanni and Marco Mattessich and Sister-in Law of Gisella Mattessich. Loving Grandmother of Christina Siedler, Kathy, Anthony and Jimmy Tarabocchia and Great-Grand-Mother of Amanda and Victoria Figurelli, Matthew, Brandon, and Jack Tarabocchia, Ava and Leila Siedler and Stella and Dean Tarabocchia.

Caterina was born in Susak, Croatia and came to the US in 1955 and settled in Hoboken before moving to North Bergen in 1963. Caterina retired from D & R Coat Co. in Hoboken where she was a  Seamstress.

 Visiting on Sunday, November 26, 2017 from 5-9PM at Konopka Funeral Home, 9046 Palisade Ave, North Bergen.  Funeral Mass on Monday,  November 27, 2017 at  10:30 AM at St.Mary’s Church, 6502 Jackson Street, West New York. Entombment to follow at Fairview Mausoleum, Fairview.
