Ferdinando Sgherza, Age 70, of North Bergen,NJ passed away on November 10, 2017. Devoted Husband of Marcella (nee Gasbarro). Beloved Father of Giancarlo Sgherza. Dear Brother of Lucia Morin(Marino) and Leonardo Sgherza(Frances). Dear Brother-in Law of Mauro Gasbarro (Carol). Loving Godfather of Carl Gasbarro
Ferdinando was born in Molfetta,Italy and came to the US in 1969 and lived in Hoboken, NJ . He has been a resident of North Bergen for the last 30 years. He was currently a Bus Driver for the Borough of Edgewater, NJ.
Visiting hours will be held at Konopka Funeral Home, 9046 Palisade Ave., North Bergen on Monday, November 13, 2017 from 5:00 to 9:00 PM. A funeral mass will be held at Sacred Heart Church, 9034 Barr Place, North Bergen on Tuesday, November 14 at 10:00 AM. Entombment at Holy Cross Mausoleum, North Arlington, NJ.
