Obituary of Christopher Bruno Lucin

Christopher Bruno Lucin, Age 30, of Ocean Grove, NJ, passed away in September, 2017, taken from his family far too soon. Beloved Son of Josip and Lucijana Lucin (nee Alvieri). Loving brother of Stephen and Nicholas Lucin. Cherished grandson, nephew, and cousin. 

Christopher was born in Toms River, NJ, and grew up in Barnegat and Hasbrouck Heights, NJ. He lived in Cliffside Park, NJ, Fort Lauderdale, FL, and Belmar, NJ.

He was known for his wonderful sense of humor, his love of animals and nature, bringing  joy to people, and for his musical talents. He loved to play the guitar, sing, and write songs. Christopher received an Associates degree from the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale, which led to what would have been a promising career in television production. He was incredibly creative and was known for his friendliness and compassion. He will be deeply missed, but his memory will live on through his family and everyone whose heart he touched.

Chris is Survived by his parents, Josip & Lucijana Lucin (nee Alvieri), his brothers Stephen Lucin & Nicholas (Elizabeth) Lucin, Grandparents, Nikola (Nedjelka) Lucin, Neda Alvieri, preceded in death by Grandfather Bruno Alvieri, Aunt Diana (Vinko) Dunatov, Cousin Michael Dunatov, Aunt Susan (Zoran) Jovic, Cousins Tatiana (Joe) Aliotta, Jennifer Jovic, Aunt Zelka (Steve) Constuble, Cousins Gabriella, Morgan & Megan Constuble, Uncle Dominique Alvieri, Cousins Brooke & Cassidy Alvieri.

Visiting Hours on Thursday, September 28, 2017 from 5 to 9 pm at Konopka Funeral Home, 9046  Palisade Ave, North Bergen. Funeral Mass on Friday at 11AM at the Church on the Hill at Madonna Cemetery, Fort Lee, NJ. Entombment at Madonna Mausoleum, Fort Lee, NJ
